Construction

Skrzydło pełne lub przeszklone z kolekcji J-TYTANIUM wykonane jest w wersji przylgowej o grubości 56 mm ± 1 mm.

Zewnętrzną powierzchnię wykonano z najwyższej jakości blachy ocynkowanej ogniowo pokrytej folią PCV w kolorach: złoty dąb, orzech, antracyt, biały, mahoń i wenge. Powierzchnia dodatkowo zabezpieczona jest folią ochronną, którą należy zdjąć niezwłocznie po montażu drzwi. Wypełnienie termoizolacyjne stanowi polistyren ekspandowany. W skrzydle zamontowano wzmocnienia w miejscu osadzenia zawiasów i zamków. Standardowo drzwi wyposażone są w dwa zamki trójbolcowe na wkładkę patentową. Skrzydło wyposażone jest w uszczelkę i trzy bolce przeciwwyważeniowe.

Istnieje możliwość skracania drzwi od 2,5 do 7 cm (w zależności od wybranego modelu drzwi w kolekcji). W wyposażeniu standardowym ościeżnica drzwi metalowa z uszczelką wykonana jest z kształtowników stalowych ocynkowanych, pokryta laminatem drewnopodobnym w wersji składanej. W wyposażeniu za dopłatą w kolorach: złoty dąb, orzech, antracyt bądź biały dostępne są również - ościeżnica drewniano-aluminiowa, tzw. ciepła ENERGO (wykonana z drewna klejonego sosnowego, pokryta kształtownikiem aluminiowym oklejonym okleiną PCV, próg ze stali nierdzewnej) oraz aluminiowa ościeżnica SOLIDO (wykonana z kształtownika aluminiowego pokrytego folią PCV, próg aluminiowy z wkładką termiczną). Wysokiej jakości wciskana uszczelka zapewnia szczelność i cichą pracę drzwi. Skrzydła posiadają 3 zawiasy trójdzielne używane w drzwiach antywłamaniowych.

Drzwi są przeznaczone do montażu w pomieszczeniach mieszkalnych, użyteczności publicznej i pomieszczeniach przemysłowych jako zewnętrzne. Drzwi są odporne na zniekształcenia, warunki pogodowe, mają wzmocnioną konstrukcję stalową, oraz większa odporność na wilgoć.

Przeszklenia Ceramic w szybach DIP wykonane w technologii ceramicznego druku cyfrowego utwardzane w procesie hartowania, zespolone w pakiecie ze szkłem przeciwsłonecznym (refleksyjnym).
Nowością na 2022 rok w ofercie przeszkleń do drzwi zewnętrznych marki SETTO są szyby dostępne na zamówienie: szyba PRZEZROCZYSTA NOWOŚĆ (dająca najwięcej światła, przezierna z obu stron) oraz szyba REFLEX GRAFIT NOWOŚĆ (subtelnie odbijająca światło, efekt "pół-lustra", o odcieniu grafitowym, przezierna z obu stron).
